Practicing DO's: Easy to get a job?

My question is for DO's. I am looking to go back to school to become a DO. Currently a Chiropractor, but don't want to make another "chiro" mistake. How easy is it to get a job after graduating from a DO school? Do you get recognized as a "real" doctor? Anybody willing to share would be greatly appreciated.

Soon to be DO student, and found out about osteopathic medicine thru a DO resident doing anesthesia at a major academic program. DO's get jobs as easy as MD's. DO's are the equivalent of MD's, and can be licensed by the NBOME (DO boards) as well as the NBME (MD boards). See the osteopathic threads on Student Doctor Network.
