You have a guy that was riding a motoconcho, err I mean he was riding a motorcycle when for some VERY special reason (drunk)he had and accident at 60 miles per hour. He had a head on collision in which he went flying end end up inside the bus hi hit.
Can't paste the ECG so I will describe it:

This is hard because I was not able to give a picture of ECG but at least I gave the description, so half credit for me:rolleyes:

The first thing I had in my mind was serial ECG to so it seems we think the same:D.

So The first thing to do is to knoe the Diagnosis and the Dx is
Myocardial Contusion that resulted from the accident:shock:

Radionuclide angiography is most useful by suggesting the degree of myocardialimpairment caused by the decrease compliance.
