I've been hearing rumblings that we locked Caritas back up and are in the process of losing the Chicago site. Can anyone verify this?

I am supposed to be starting back at Caritas, I got a call from MEAS letting me know the good news. It will be nice to do my next rotation somewhat close to my apartment. I am not sure about other sites. MEAS can verify the truth, if they know it.

Does this mean that AUC won its lawsuit against Ross?

the lawsuit was not against ross, it was against caritas, wyckoff, and brooklyn queens healthcare. i still have not heard official word on a ruling..... maybe somebody here knows more info about the state of the lawsuit?

You are right, I misspoke. The lawsuit was against Caritas for turning over AUC rotation spots to Ross when AUC still had a number of years remaining in their contract with Caritas.
I was just wondering if AUC won the lawsuit since the poster stated that AUC "locked Caritas back up".

When I was called for my upcoming assignment at Caritas, OA told me that "an injunction was granted in our favor". How long the injunction lasts, I don't know, but I guess it will be at least until the judge rules on the lawsuit.
