Place to rent with a pet?

Are there any places to rent near the Miami campus for July 08 MERP that will allow pets? I will be bringing a small dog with me, a friendly chihuahua about 7 pounds, very small and well mannered. House-trained so it will not pee everywhere, does not chew or scratch anything and only barks if there is a stranger at the front door or hears the doorbell ring. Otherwise he is quiet, just sleeps most of the day and doesn't make any noise. Are there places to rent on the island that will allow my pet as well?

The Airport Villas will allow pets, but you there is a extra fee to have a pet in your apt., but I don't think it is too much.
