I'VE BEEN TRYING TO CONTACT FINANCIAL AID OFFICE CONCERNING MY LOANS FOR THE PAST WEEK!! AND NO ONE SEEMS TO WANT TO PICK UP THE PHONE!!!! I CALLED ALL THE NUMBERS I HAVE!! today alone, i called 10 times, same as yesterday. I've been calling every hour! WHAT IS GOING ON?!?!?

I called them 2 days ago and got through just fine. A lot of students w/ finacial problems are bombarding them everyday lately. Try calling more and leaving messages.

I called MM before, he said they have been swamped with phone calls. Make sure to leave a message and stay by your phone because he will call back right away.
