I am graduating next month and have been in Chicago for the past 6 months. Anyways, my lease is up and the landlord is looking for new renters. The place is amazing. It is in the west loop right downtown (5 min drive to Michigan Ave). It has one giant bedroom w/ master bath, one small bedroom and a 1/2 bath (no shower). Completely furnished, new kitchen cabinets and all marble countertops plus a 50 inch plasma tv. Once again, it is completely furnished with couches, chairs, queen bed, full bed, etc. Rent is $1800 a month +utilities. Garage parking downstairs is available for $250 a month.
