Hi everyone, sorry I have been away almost a month. The first and last time I posted on here was in the beginning of March. After hearing that there is still time to apply for the August class, I applied very soon after that. I received a letter for interview with Dr. Robinson in Chicago last week since that's where I'm from. has anyone interviewed him before and know what I should expect? Thanks for all your great replies everyone:)

He is cool. He will be interested in going over any "imperfections" in your transcript. Be prepared to explain about repeated classes. He will tell you a lot about the island, he is very open to questions. My wife and I were there for nearly 2.5 hours just talking abou tthe school, the future of IMGs, all that. He is a psychiatrist, so don't say anything incriminating!!! Just relax and enjoiy your time

Andy

Thaks for the info Andy, this gives me an idea of what to expect. I'll try to relax and not incriminate myself someway:) Did you have the interview recently, I'm assuming it was for the August class as well?
Also, where exactly was your interview, in which particular hospital? thanks again.

My interview was actually at an "upscale" coffee house on Arlington, near Wrigley's. Dr. Ben paid for our teas and coffees, which was really cool. He was a touch late, but not much. He will be the big guy carrying the fed-ex envelope with all your documents, you won't miss him. He also has a picture of you, so that helps. My interview was actually last August for the January '04 class, but I had to decline acceptance. I reapplied for this August and didn't have to interview again.
