so the physio mps is the mps of the entire course so far or its the mps of just the third mini? in second mini, phyio mps was 63 and now its 57.
whats the final mps so far? is it 57 or the avg of both? also how does the rounding work? if im at 79.51, do i get an A or a B ? what if i fail a course by 1-2 points?

There is an MPS for each exam, to determine if you passed that exam. You will receive your final grades with a final (averaged) MPS. You have to meet that averaged MPS to pass the course. In other words, the average of your exam scores should be higher than the average of the MPS scores.

If you fail by a fraction of a point (there is no rounding) or a point, you will go before the promotions committee and plead your case. Sometimes they will let you move on, but you have to be awfully close to passing and doing well in your other classes.

I'm not sure about the MPS but there is no rounding. If even by 0.1 below mps, then it's not passing. If it is 0.1 below an A, then it's a B.
