Single bedroom apartment

Are there any decent single bedroom apartments available at a somewhat reasonable price ($900-$1100)? I was thinking of frigate bay and I think half moon bay? Also what's the going rate for a 1998ish SUV (e.g. kia sportage) out there?

Frigate bay apartments are more expensive because of its location. The school will provide housing, but most of the students I know who live in Frigate Bay have to pay additional fees. In Bird Rock, the place is quiet and near Ram's Supermarket and Scotiabank. Its very breezy , especially at night since it is up a small hill, and you can get a 2 bedroom apartment for 700 to 800 USD. I know of an Isuzu Rodeo 1995 thats for 18000 EC.Roughly 6500 USD. Its better to buy a cheaper car which still runs well since you wont be staying that long in St Kitts, plus you can resell this fast when you leave.
