If you haven't even sent in your application..........I would definitely say you are pushing it for Sep 08. They need 3-4 weeks just to process ur app.....

I agree with you. If the rumors are true, the September class is nearly full. Some folks (like myself) were accepted back in November. If you can't get your app submitted in the next week...I'd advise you to wait for the January class. Or...you can go ahead and apply for September and if they interview you and want to accept you, you can be waitlisted which means you are automatically accepted for January '09 but would be given a place in the September class if a spot opened up in time.

My application was finished on April 17th and that same day I was granted an interview for May 8th....I kid you not. My application was submitted about a week and a half prior to that. I honestly don't believe they're full til like June.

Call Admissions! I called last month, because I am looking at trying to get in next Sept 2009, (I still need to finish my required classes), they told me to get the application in by April/May and she said not to wait until June because that would be pushing it.
You are going to get various opinions here, simply call them and get the facts.

How long does it usually take to get the recommendation letters and mcat scores updated on the ross application track status page?

I think it depends on where they are in the application cycle. I applied in July and everything appeared online within a week.

How are you guys checking online? I filled a paper application and have no way to "check" my application status. As such, I was told I'd be called by my interviewer in a few weeks.

Not sure about the other posters, but I applied online so I was able to check my application status through Embark.

For paper you basically just have to wait for an email of your status. They may email you if you are missing anything (recommendations, transcript etc). Once you have been offered an opportunity for an interview, you will receive an email with the information on how to contact them. If you call the office they most certainly can give you an update on the current status of your application

So do you recommend filling out the applicaiton online? It sounds like you will get a faster response.

I like filling apps out online...it's faster, I don't have to worry about it getting lost in the mail, and I save on postage :-)

Fill it out online.....sounds much more convenient........when I applied the only choice we had was paper applications.

PLUS - if you apply via Embark, you can visit the site 1000 times a day and keep hitting "Refresh" hoping you might see a change.
Ah, and they thought the NCAA Final 4 Tournament was a huge distraction for employees...

Similar to what I do with my RossMailbox when I'm waiting for my grades :D

At a St George's open house in Phoenix last week, they told us their deadline was sometime middle on June and that they "probably" have spots still pr something like that. Whatever that means, I'm assuming Ross is the same, atleast through the month of May, and plus you just get pushed back automatically to January, right?

Only the strong survive
Only the pretty girls get free drinks at the bar
Only the really exceptional applicants that START to apply this late get in for September.
Cue '80's Facts of Life theme song music.

They call you on the phone and give you details about when and where.
Tons of info/detail regarding the interview itself on this website.
Read it.
