i'm sorry thou with all due respect u work there so ofcourse u would love it, i love living there too but as soon as problem arise then its a whole diff story, it more of a nightmare, and u said u r husband goes to school, maybe u can help us out when we have problems instead of the manager, or maybe u can become a manager since u know smu students needs(better internet and quieter) and u r deff more friendly....and wont rob the fellow students of there money especially with the difficulties and crisis were facing with the loan issues :twisted:

Treasure Island is a great place to live. Which other place can you find that offers everything? Cable channels, internet connection, access to pools, a gym, a telephone and utilities are all included for the low price of $1600 US. Who could ask for more.......

This is my personal opinion but i consider it a great place. The people here are super friendly and ready to assist :D.

well, it is not as if ppl weren't told, they were. i don't think they purposefully took out parts of the deposit that idea is misleading. from my understanding it is based on how well you keep the place, which is pretty fair. if they give it to you clean the least u can do is leave it the same way. it is common courtesy.:D

ummmm intresting :roll: so u guys acknowledge that we wont get our deposit back fully when we move out?? wat a suprise...and as when i moved in i hope it wasnt the tenants that were cleaning the room for me but a professional maid...and if u guys expect the tenants to be the maid well then its not something attract future tennats... also guess what i'm going to move out of here too and move on to the sunshine sweets they dont have that bizzare rule.as long as u dont do damage any property then u get u r money back they dotn measure on "cleaniness".and right next to school and the managment office are awesomee..and also i dont remember that to be on the lease ummm what a shady business it is making up laws straight our of head maybe u guys should also include the tennats to cover the room with gold out of "courtesy" heheheh, well thanx for telling us earlier so we can now act appropiately :p

How would you feel with money being so tight they took out money from your deposit that they promised to return to you when you left. And oh BTW, IT IS NOWHERE IN THE CONTRACT ABOUT LEAVING THE ROOM CLEAN...you know how i know....CUZ I READ IT. I got charged 25 dollars for a "dirty microwave". It costs 15 dollars for maid service to CLEAN THE WHOLE ROOM. NOW TELL ME WHO IS FAIR HERE.

u should have hired a maid to clean the microwave.
