Hey Miss Yee! If I am not mistaken, they send the money to the school (MERP) and they give you the difference!:D

On the first day/orientation, but i think it takes a week to clear that large amount of money in the bank so carry some extra money with u to feed and care for u for the first week.

Is MERP about $12000.00 plus 3 month living expenses?

yea but dont let that fool u, u might end up using the entire 23k cuz living in miami is like living in manhattan itself muy expensive...
