I don't think there are any. the best deal I have read on these boards is the couch in macdonalds at the airport.:D

Find a local hospital and present to the ER stating that you have a massive migraine, nausea, dizziness, facial tremors, slurred speech, fainting, and that you have vomited blood in the past 24 hrs.

Undergo observation in a nice cozy hospital bed for the evening.
Enjoy a free meal and unlimited ice chips.
I would also keep the robe and hospital gown to use as a Halloween outfit while in Dominica.

Tell them that you feel great the next day and that by the way, you have no way of paying for the stay.

What do you mean insurance?
