Tuition for next semester

I got a electronic bill. The bill said that I should send the tuition to the U.S office before April. 25th. Do I have to send the tuition for the next semester to the U.S Office? or Is it possible to pay the tuition in St. Kitts? and If I can pay here, when is due?

You have to mail in the payment to the US office.....pay before you get charged a late payment.

i got accepted for may and they also sent me an invoice and payment was due by today but the lady at the US office said new students dont have to pay a late fee...is that true?
