improving score

hi,
guys.. how do u improve ur score.. my problem is when i finish my subject.. just like anatomy it will take me 3 month to do it.. and when i do question .. i will get 60 percent rite.. but when i go to different subject and redo quesiton the.. quesiton fall down to 20 o-30 percent .. i mean i have read kaplan book so many time. but i am not improving in question.. i hardly do question... because i wanna do quesiton when i know i will get 80 percent rite... how will i increase my percentage..
is anyeone to help me..

try to study to memorize what is in the first aid, the embryo part, also try to learn the goljan h.y. on anatomy,

1. Are u memorizing the answers to the Questions?? If yes u will forget them becos it is the same as memorizing a book which we forget in weeks time. read the explanations to the answers even if u got them wrong and understand them.
2. even if u score 270....u will notice that months after the test we forget some of the things we had learnt. It is human nature.
Since u have read kaplan and FA already start doing random Timed Questions and read explanations so that getting to your exams u have everything fresh in mind
