Hello,

I have a quick question regarding reference letters that I could not resolve by searching.

How should I direct my reference letter writer to include my contact information?

Is my full name sufficient for the New Jersey office to match it to my application?

Thanks!

Below is the information from their website:

"Two official letters of recommendation:• Option 1: Send one academic and one professional letter.• Option 2: Send one letter from the pre-med advisor committee.• All letters must be sent directly from the recommender to Ross University Admissions Office located in New Jersey.• Please inform your recommender that all official letters must be on proper letterhead with contact information included."

hey,
Your name and the school you're associated with should be sufficient. For the professional letters, same idea, places you volunteered or did your humanitarian services at. Good luck with your application.

the person/professor writing your reference letter will have their own letter head. In the letter they will mention that they are writing a refernce letter for you, and then they will put your name down. That should be sufficient enough. Professor's have done these things many times so they konw how to address letters to schools.
