To anyone who is comming to Miami for 5th, I am heading back home to to study for STEP so your more than welcome to have the place. I know too well how if feels to pay crazy prices here so I spoke with the owner who will give rate of $500 EVERYTHING included(washer/dryer, cable, wireless internet, and furnished). This place is gorgeouse and I absolutly loved it(looks like a freakin IKEA commercial!) Very safe gated, golf area neighborhood. Anyway the catch is it is short term so you can only have it for the semester cuz his lease ends. A female is prefered because he does not want his place messed up(yes it is that beautiful). Well it's a steal so whoever gets here first can have it, otherwise he's gonna take his place back till the lease ends. Let me know ASAP so I can inform the owner, otherwise be prepared to drop at least 1000 + utilities on a crappy place! I wish someone had did this for me so got to pay it forward LOL!
