Windsor has promise.Xaviers have uniforms and politics.
Windsor's size is many times bigger.
The only prob I have with Dr. G.......he promised loans in Jan, and then he just pulled a straight face last week and said no loans. But Windsor is not just Dr. G, its much more.Ofcourse xaviers has Teri Loans, and double the expenses.

uhh...you mean Xavier?

Instead of asking which is better...consider this...would you ask ppl what is a better car and then just go by that info and drop 30-50K on a new car? yea...didnt think so.

Just get a plane ticket, book a flight and check the place out...whatever school you go to, make it your ONLY choice and know that it will go with your for the rest of your life...

yea all school have politics, but its up to the individual to make a choice that fits them...what does not still well with YOU (above poster) may or may not be the same line at which another person, like myself would tolerate

i was merely giving my reasons for choosing windsor over xavier

yea totally...not calling you out in any way...

I"m just saying that perspective is not objective and should not dictate another's reasoning for attending school A over school B...i mean, who will you blame for selecting the school when its not what you expect? the people on the site or yourself for not paying a few $$ and just flying down...

I have noticed that A LOT of parents and kids do fly down before making an informed decision, and many of those students do better overall as they meet with the faculty before hand and sorta know what to expect in terms of the shock of moving to an island which is an adventure in itself...

What do you mean by this statement...? You know that you are coming to an island right! An Island just like every other school out here.

if your getting a bad feeling, then dont come....

I dont know how stressed you get when moving from one house to another....now think about moving from one country to another alone without your family and getting settled while trying to keep up with studies....

this is why the school needs to stop accepting 18yo's...the mentality is not there to think outside the box...everyone accepted thinks that this is some turnkey operation where they are going to have everything the same as it is at home...

BTW, mod, what facebook group are you asking kids to join...one of them is a CLOSED group where you have to be invited....not very easy to access if you ask me.

Let's start a new one...or get the person that started the first one to open it up.

I looked it up and saw that there are two of them...The one without the ! mark at the end looks more ligit. I asked them to join their group...and let's see what happens.

This is so way off topic.....

I don't think you read any of the posts/threads...stating that the Windsor does not have loans. Maybe next time you will do your homework.
