RCSI, UCD, UCC and University of Limerick will all offer 4 year courses this year.

UCC GEP - UCC: School of Medicine: (http://www.ucc.ie/ga/DepartmentsCentresandUnits/SchoolofMedicine/Text,11125,ga.html)
UL GEP - Medical School - Medical School - University of Limerick (http://www.ul.ie/web/WWW/Faculties/Medical%20School)
RCSI GEP - Medicine Graduate Entry Programme (http://www.rcsi.ie/index.jsp?1nID=93&2nID=99&3nID=149&nID=1023)
UCD GEP - UCD News (http://www.ucd.ie/news/sept05/medicine.htm)
These are the GEP's, however the AB website still only shows RSCI - I don't have the time to look over the websites, however I would think that some if not all of these programmes would accept international applicants?
