Thanks for letting us know. does this happen a lot in that particular area or is it just the landlord? Is that area closer to classes and shops or further away? Please let me know about the other places since I am coming in Sept. and I am already looking online at places.

Thanks for sharing the information. Where do most of food places locate?
I want to live close to classrooms but don't want to live far from food shops...dilemma..

thats a hard thing- but the shops are not too far - about 15 min walk - depending how fast u walk. there is a shop closer to admin location but admin location is 15 - 20 min walk from school. if u have a bike- 4 wheeler or somesort of transportation it will not be a problem.

suares is about 3-5 min walk to duggins (the main grocery store on the isle), depending on how you walk
now walking back uphill to suares takes a little longer
