Any 4th Semesters leaving nice apts/houses?

Hey I'm a 2nd Semester student looking for a place to live in May. Are there any 4th Semester students leaving the island and would recommend their place. I tried a real estate agent and checked a few places out but I haven't had any luck. Its me and 3 other guys but we're not too picky on the rooming arrangement: house, apt, 2 and 2, 3 and 1, whatever. Thanks in advance.
