We have Ross Students in the house.
The rooms in our house go fast!
Here is why:
1) Short term ok
2) No Deposit
3) if you rent a room by day it's $50 per night for one person room. Additional person you have is only $15 per night
4) If you rent a room by the month it's $800. That's less then $27 per night. Additional person you have is only $200 per month
5) Private room
6) Quite Place
7) Great loacation
8) One block to bus.
9) Furnished
10) Wireless Internet
11) Water and Electric included
12) Each room as a TV and small fridge
13) Washer and Dryer on property
14) Vending Machine on property
15) Outside area for smoking
16) No pets
17) Parking
18) Walk to shops
We rent a lot to medical students because we close to: Ross University, Jackson Memorial Hospital, Miami Children’s Hospital, Larkin’s Hospital, Kaplan, UM University of Miami, South Miami Hospital, FIU Florida International University, etc…
We are renting a room at a great location!
Just one block from the bus stop or park your car in front of the house.
