1st requirement - YOU NEED TO SPEAK RUSSIAN.
if thats not met, then its totally not advisable
No university I know in russia offers PG in english.

oh come on weeks, dun scare other ppl who hv passions to study, even in russia.
amitbuan, u said you r medical graduate from india, tat means you hope to pursue postgrad in russia? it will help you if you take russian lang class b4 going there. but if you r going there for the undergraduate, you will need not to worry about language barrier. the uni will provide lang class for international students in undergraduate. basically there's no worries at all.

No university I know in russia offers PG in english.
To my experience, Ryazan State Medical University and Moscow State University of Medicine and Dentistry report they have English medium postgraduate training.
However, I also think it is important to know the language before the training starts

very tru. Know the language before u get in a new country. This gives u confidence. By the way, russian language incredibily sounds melodious to me. Just love it!
One advice more:
Be like Romans when in Rome. (But not always)

Learn it for a year or so if you really want to go there.
