I am a St. Matthews student who lived at the current location, SW 99th street, about 8 minutes from larkin hospital.
I lived at the 2 bedrooms, I really enjoyed my stay, the place is quiet, clean, safe, and the landlord is excellent, I've never had any problems here. Cable/internet are included, all you have to pay for is electricity, which is pretty cheap... the 2 bedrooms are $2500, again guys its worth every penny, parking is also included with electrical garages and a parking spot about 30 paces from the front door.
I recommend this for any of you who are wanting to stay in miami.
