Conveniently located between both campuses, 4 minutes away from new campus and 7 minutes from old. 2 bedroom, 1 bath, porch with oceanview. WATER AND WIRELESS INTERNET INCLUDED. All this for only $750 per month per person. In total it is $1500 for the apartment. MESSAGE your number ASAP, lease needs to be signed soon otherwise apartment will be gone.

hey, i was also actually looking for one bedroom apt. in that area. but they don;t have avy. since that apt. is very close to old campuse that u can also walk there and there is a shuttle bus that goes between old an dew campus every hr. so this is the only option i see is to move to a double bedroom apt. with a roomate (still looking).

Also, single apt here are kind of expensive. so far i haven't found any single apt. for less than $ 850 and then u have to have a car to go to school and that is an extra min of $450 per month.
