Hello,
Can someone tell me what stuff do i need to take along ? i mean the school stuff that you might need e.g. Disect. Kit, gloves, or microscope anything that you need to survive premed classes.

IF ANY ONE STARTING IN MAY 08, DROP IN...it ll feel better to know someone before landing in a brand new place.
Take care

ok well if you are going into PREMED
you don't need any of that, you dont go to the anatomy lab till MED-1, atleast thats whats what I know...
the school should have mailed you a list of things to bring...
also, there is a forum in the MUA - med program section that has a discussion of what people recommend to bring

You really don't need any gloves, lab coats, scrubs, or anything like that. Save the luggage space for lots and lots of notebooks, papers, food (believe it or not, it's actually the most expensive thing...amongst other things...), pens, pencils, t-shirts, shorts, really thin blanket, etc. Oh, and, also, prepare change of clothes, daily essentials in the carry-on, especially if you are coming on Winair...They lost a lot of students' luggages, and mine didn't arrive until a week after my plane landed...

Hi,

I applied to MUA for Basic Sciences, but I got an interview for Pre-med cuz my grades aren't all that great. I was wondering, after I complete the Pre-med part would I have to reapply for Basic Sciences?

I was told no, all you need to do is make a 3.0gpa. If you do not make a 3.0gpa then you would need to reapply.
