One villa house for rent called the Grand Villa- only a 10 minute walk to campus or a 2 minute drive. The price includes a weekly maid service, and a detailed description of the villa is below. The villa comes furnished and have their own private pool surrounded by a spacious deck suitable for studying, desks to study, patios furnisher, high speed wireless internet, cable tv, landscaped garden, barbeque grill, and a lovely grill.
