Canadians currently on the island

hey everyone,

I was just wondering how those of you whom are on the island go about purchasing a reasonably priced ticket back to Canada from SXM during the semester breaks. When buying a ticket from Canada to SXM, I was told you can only book a return date of a maximum 45 days, a 1 year open ticket is ridiculously $$$.

Could anyone give me the name/# or even email of any travel agents on the island.

Majority of the people on the island, book their tickets online. Most of the Canadians book flights to the closest american city. For example most of my classmates from TO booked flights into Detroit.

I have yet to see a travel agent on Saba.... but there are a few on St. Maarten.
