m really interested to do fellowship in orthopedics from Germany.
i have completed my mbbs and presently doing my internship.

don't you have to be fluent in germany to do a fellowship there? I think most of the european fellowships require you to fluent in their native language......however you can do a Ph.d in a list of subjects that the university offers.

i m learning german these days.....
