Condominios Yaquis apt available starting May 08!

The complex is just around the corner from Superama (an Americanized grocery store), 13 min walk to UAG classrooms, includes 1 parking space, and gated complex with 24 hr security/maintenance.
The landlord was nice enough to buy a brand new range last year and supplied a toaster oven.
Now the furnishings bundled for a ridiculous price (US$650):
A 2.5 ft high fridge with freezer and 2 ft deep. bonus dorm-room fridge in brand-new condition.
A washer in good shape with usage of less than 50 loads! (dry on clothesline in back room)
Steel-frame futon in living room. Also a large desk included.
It has 2 bedrooms: one with a queen size mattress and frame and other with high-quality single mattress, llinens. also, inflatable mattresses are available.
Also included: set of 4 Ikea chairs and small wood table, drinking water vase on stand, iron and ironing board, kitchen utensils, mixing bowls, plates, glasses, pot and pan, mtn bike in good condition.
Rent is only 4,350 pesos per month. Includes city water, electricity and the security/maintenance fee. You only have to pay for gas and internet! You can also give the parking space back to save 200 pesos a month. An additional months rent is due upfront as a deposit, sorry.
