I just received my rotation schedule and I was wondering if anyone could tell about the hospitals, their experiences, what you liked or disliked, etc.
Family practice - Catholic Medical center of Brooklyn (Jamaica)
Medicine - Wyckoff Heights medical center
Psychiatry - King's County hospital
Pediatrics - Brookdale hospital
Thanks!

Hey DocMike,
Why are your cores all over the place? I thought that SGU had clinical centers where you could do them all in one hospital. Did you want it this way or did the school decide on this?
Just curious. Good luck!!

I'm actually a Ross Student, but I know that SGU students do rotations at a lot of the same hospitals as we do. I just wanted advice from anyone who has done rotations at those hospitals. Sorry for the confusion!

ditto for wyckoff, I almost started moonlighting as a peds attending there in the ER, but chose no to, lousy area, too much trauma. Must be great educational experience though, so go for it!
