Im going to UAG in August . I need more info about what documents I need to buy a car in Guadalajara and If I have to get Mexico driven License.

FM3 helps, but only document they request at office is ANY bill (even if not in your name) that has your address on it.

You do NOT need a Mexican DL.

Also know that tickets go with vehicle, not driver. Check record when tranferring or else you can be buying their tickets, too.
