How can my sprint Mogul work at portsmouth?

I have sprint mogul htc. I was wandering if I can still use it. How can I
use with their service, do I have to unlock it inorder for it to use it?

You can still use sprint but it will cost you a LOT of $$!!! My advice is to buy a cheap phone in Dominica. It is relatively inexpensive to call home (about $0.10 a min if you get the student plan at Bmobile) or use Skype.

If you have a tri band or a quad band phone you can use your down there. Otherwise you have to buy one. They are really cheap tho. The cheapest one I saw was $17 US for the phone and it comes with almost $4 US in minutes on it.
