Hmm. Would that be ball bearings as in the movie "Fletch Lives"? There are ball bearings in the steering column, sometimes in the wheel bearing assemblies, differential carrier and transmission (transaxle), sometimes in the cooling fan motor assembly, and maybe in the window regulator assemblies on your type of car. The other bearings being of the needle-roller bearing style in the constant velocity joints, roller-cone in the wheels when not of the ball bearing style, and oil film gap in the lower engine.
