Hello everybody
Does anybody know if MDs certified by the Royal College of Phy and Surg. in Canada can practice in the US without passing the Board exams of the US ? I heared that some states like Vermont can accept it ?

For that, check out the licensing bodies in the US. Most of us on this board are trying to get into Canada, not out of it, so don't know the answer to that question. I suspect that it would be reasonably straightforward, but that's just a guess.

I am taking the exam in the spring and need help..

To answer OP's Q, you should check with the individual State Medical Board. There is no blanket rule. Because your postgraduate training in Canada is ACGME-accredited and you have written the certification exam, you may not have to spend another year of postgraduate training, but you may have to write the certification exam in at least one state. Once licensed in one state, no need to write another certification exam. Here is the State-specific requirements for initial medical license, state-by-state:
