Anyone interviewed recently w/ RM? Did you guys find her harsh or nice? I'm not sure she liked me a whole lot (LE SIGH!!) - anyone know of anyway to convince her that I'm not a moron after the interview? (if it's not implied, I thought the interview went TERRIBLY :( )

I actually had an interview with her today. She's a very nice lady. She is training a couple of people so do not be suprise if somebody sits in with her during your interview. Just be honest and humble. I was really nervous during my interview but after a couple of minutes I started to calm down

Your MCAT is beyond stellar, but your cum. GPA is pretty subpar, to be honest. What brought down your GPA if you don't mind me asking? You shouldn't be concerned if you did alright in your premed requirements. BUT, even with that stellar MCAT, you may be MERP'd if you struggled in those basic sciences. It could go either way. Make sure to send your interviewer a thank you email ASAP if you haven't already. Plenty of students with your stats have been admitted straight into the MD program though. Your interviewer may just be a b itch. Don't stress too much - the hardest part is over.

sorry about that nshams, I was kind of eyeing your post I must of read it incorrectly. To me, she seemed very nice, but I think she expects the interviewee to elaborate on her questions to fill in the gaps. I caught myself in 1 or 2 quiet pauses but I was able to recover. Just take jcu advice, I sent her a thank you email as soon as I got home.

I had my interview in Dallas/Fort Worth with KM! She was great! She told me if I had any questions or anything that I could call or email her. So if you think your interview was that bad, you might consider calling or emailing her! Score some browny points!:D

* I really thing you will be okay as far as the interview is considered! I have talked to RM as well, and I thought she was nice!

She wasn't a B**CH - just asked difficult questions which I can't refute until the end of this semester (inshahallah with good grades!!) & I had 3yrs of problems, which is why my GPA went down.
