Where Canadians (Ontarians) get financial help for Caribbean Med School?

I was wondering what is the best way (cheapest) to borrow money for med school in the Caribbean? I have read that many get loans from RBC. Can you get OSAP to go there and how good is CanHelp? Thanks.

There is no cheap way to borrow money for med school. The student line of credit from your local bank is a lot of money, but it won't cover the whole thing. CanHelp is relatively straightforward, but the interest is REALLY HIGH. OSAP will give loans, depending on the school, but that won't cover a semester's tuition. At all.
