Pre-Match Cut off?

Hey you guys. Someone recently asked me if there was a cut-of for when programs can offer a pre-match. I had heard that the cut off was January 31st. Is this correct or can they offee\r up to feb 27th when the rol is due?

nope...jan 31st was the last day- its when the programs had to give their quota to the nrmp- and once they give a spot to the nrmp they can't take it back.

agreed - i just signed a prematch and I had to have my decision in by the 31st of jan

was that jacobi? and was it the mass-ish email that came via eras. I was curious about that, whether a few people got that or eveyone got it?

i have heard of someone who did take them up on the offer.
