Failed CS need help

Got my results today. My note did me in. Obviously, the match is now down the tubes. IS there anything I can do now to start work before July of 2009? I mean I'm not worried about taking the test again I won't make the same mistakes twice. But I have a private loan for this last semester from my bank and now if I'm not working I can't pay it back until next year. I CAN'T WAIT THAT LONG! Is there anything i can do? Is the scramble an option? I'm desperate. Please someone give me some good advice!!!!!!!!!!!:shock:

I would sign up for the exam again ASAP...then once your scheduling permit comes in about three days to pick a date, sit by the computer and refresh like a mad man the dates over and over and over...a date will magically appear after about 8 hours of clicking on that stupid thing. If you can't sit by the computer and click, ask a loved one to do it for you. So by mid February you should have a date and take it then. Your results will be in by late March and you can scramble for a place then. I would do this and i hope it helps. Any more Q's, feel free to PM me.

I couldn't get Feb. but I got April 24th in Houston again. This could make me ECFMG certified by June which would allow me to start on time. Obviously I won't be certified on scramble day. I'm going to try to scramble but I'm not optomistic about my chances without ECFMG cert. Does anyone know of someone who has scrambled without it? Are there any statistics on that?

Also is there such a thing as a post scramble and does that go all of the way to July? Thanks
