Hi folks,
I just called the doctors choice (new lender) and they told me that in order for us to qualify we will need a co-signer unless we have been working for 2 full years and are going to continue working while in school. I think thats crazy.
Is anyone out there in the same boat with co-signer issues? How are other people managing their finances?
