I was wondering, is there a place to print on campus? Although I like to study of the computer, sometimes I want to print things on paper. Is it possible and what are the $$$? Thanks everyone. How does it work, do you have to bring money with you every time, do you get a card, etc?

Bring a small printer for your notebook computer. From what I've heard, printing is like 20cents a page. Not very economical if you want to print out all the powerpoint slides. I was going to use my palmpilot, then realized that in order to print, I need to transfer the files to a PC at school to print, so now i'm getting a notebook. $$$$$ ouch

I found a cheap laser Jet for $180 @~$50-60 per toner cart. Its not capable of color, but I don't feel that's a factor. Plus, You might be able to get a roommate, or a wireless printer server, so others might enjoy in the cost savings.

Planned on shipping it.
It depends on how much space I have with my luggage. Since your usually limited to 75 lbs per bag on the plane. I was going to try and take the heavy items with me. Carry-on items are not subject to the 75lb limit, but I do value my back. Shipping prices are usually determined by weight too. The little time it takes, to ship some lighter items can be worth your while in the long run.

When I moved to Saba in January, the weight limit for luggage was 50 pounds per bag. You could bring two bags and a carry on. This was for the US airlines. If you are flying from St. Maarten to Saba, your weight restriction is half that, about 50 pounds total.
My recommendation is, if you're bringing a lot of luggage, take the ferry. There's no weight limit, but there is a restriction on how many bags you can take per person. If you take the ferry, make a reservation. The day we came over, the ferry was booked solid.
