i thought the only place you could do all your rotations were either bakersfield or southfield..am i reading the website wrong or something cause it seems like the hospitals in queens offer all the core rotations plus plenty of electives..

I did almost all of my rotations at flushing hospital except psych and FP which were done at SJE and Wykoff.
Remember that its not always a good idea to do all of your rotations at one hospital because one department may be good at the hospital and another bad.
I stayed in one place because I liked the people at the hospital, and thought it was an overall descent place. However, if I wanted a very competative residency such as ER, anesthesia, surgery, or neuro, I would have had to do some rotations at hospitals that would help me meet those goals.
In addition, also remember that it is usually easier for you to get a residency spot in the place you rotated at. Therefore, I recommend that you try to do at least one rotation at a place and field that you would not mind undergoing a residency at.

You will most likely not be at the same hospital, but you can get all the rotations in the New York City area, for now.
