Hello there,
I am wondering here if I'm the only one taking GAMSAT this March in DC. So far, I've prepared through my MCAT class. I'm a biology and philosophy double major with premed concentration and I hope my 4 years of Bachelor education doesn't fail me. Also if anyone else is taking GAMSAT in DC this year, how do we find out the exact location of the test? I need to book flights and accommodation.

Hi I"m taking my GAMSATs too, but in another city :) I think 3 weeks before the test date, Acer will email you your test ticket, with the time and location printed on it.

I did my undergrad in the University of Illinois, graduated in 2004, worked for a while... got my Australian PR... and now I"m hoping to go back to medical school. ;) hope i run into you in school.

Yeah I'm from UIUC :p
no, I'm not even American. I hold singapore citizenship and an Australian PR. graduated with a double from Civil Engineering + Economics in 2004. GPA of 3.492, which works out to ~ 38.6 / 42 !!! Not sure if that's a good GPA or what :(

I'm kind of scared about my GPA too. Assuming that I do well this semester, my GPA would be 3.37. Fingers crossed on that. I'm from Indonesia. I applied to Hong Kong U, UQ, Flinders, and some international programs back home. If I get into HKU, great. Aussie would be better. I'm in contact with the advisor from UQ for their early decision stage, but I don't know if my GAMSAT is going to be soon enough for that.

Hello! I didn't know HKU accepts graduat-entry students. I was hoping to PM you but I did not have the rights. If you enter HKU using GAMSAT and going on MBBS will it be a slower path?

Do you know if Hong Kong has MD program? Am from Manila (but based in HK now) and majored in engineering in my undergrad and added some biology and chemistry credits because I was hoping to go to medical school but then did not push through.

Am still thinking now...

Well good luck to you!
