hi ,
i am confused, mayb cuz am tired.
so we know that group 0 is universal donor, ok.
now group 0 has A and B antibodies.
say we are giving group 0 blood to a group A recipient who has A antigen.
now why doesnt the blood group 0 antibody attack the A antigen in the recipient blood group A
