Study Materials to Score High on USMLE STEP 1

I am starting my Saba journey in May 08'. After researching and talking to different people, I have come up with a conclusion of study materials needed to score high in USMLE STEP 1:

- Make sure to study materials given in the classes(ofcourse)
- Do the BRS books as go along in your courses
- Get some extra study guide materials for Anatomy

This is pretty much all you need to score really good on USMLE STEP 1.

Please give more advices with your experiences on how to score high on USMLE STEP 1.

You are not going to be sitting for Step 1 until spring of 2010...My advice to you is to enjoy yourself until basic science starts. ya have 20 months on the Island to prepare for step 1...so my advice to ya for the very moment is to first figure out a way to get to the island, adjust to it...and then pass ya classes.

ps if you havent even started saba yet theres no guarantee you will pass or not fail out of any of your classes so seriously chill out and worry about that first. many dont make it....aka our class started with 70, graduated with like 47 or 46 i think

Right now USMLEWorld questions are the best resource, along with the Kaplan books you get in 5th semester for review. That may change by the time you get to step 1, so stay tuned. ;)
