Hi all, I need home improvements, and can't manage to pay for it. Have been trying to get Government Grant assistance, and have only gotten a lot of fraud. I even received a cheque for $5,000.00, but had to send back $3,100.00, keep the rest, and they would then send me the remaining $48,000.00 of my Grant. The cheque was sent back, but thank God I didn't send out the $3,100.00, or I would have been stiffed for that. So does anyone actually really receive money from Government Grants?
