Rotations in India

Is anyone familiar as to how i could set up rotations (4th year electives) somewhere outside of US?

It seems there is a hospital in Hyderabad which the school sets you up with. Other than that i found out about this Medical college in the South called CMC Vellore- where you can do upto 12 weeks of electives. But for doing that you have to get approval from the medical council of India . And this could take anywhere between 3-4 months.
