So I've been hearing about this hurricane.............is SGU affected by it?

what? there is a hurricane in the caribbean now?
lol :D that's what I seem to be hearing.

Not even a near miss. I think it formed quite a bit north and, if anything, we got a little rain a week ago.

Hurricanes aren't really a problem here in Gnd because they usually start to pick up steam around here and thats why you get lots of rain. However, they actually become hurricanes as they pick up steam going up and towards the west towards dominican rep and puerto rico and finally smash into florida.
I would love to actually hear/see the progress of storms in real time but I just can't get myself to watch even 10 secs of the local channels. They are "interesting" to say the least.;)
