please explain the current situation with the IUHS if the internet programme is viable for practice of medicine in the USA.

I am in the same boat, I have been accepted to IUHS for the january semester. I am actually excited and want to start, but I am seeing so many negatives on line not sure what to think. I have been told the many US states are recognizing IUHS medical degrees. what have you heard??
