I'm a prospective Caribbean medical student and had a few questions hoping you could answer them.
Firstly, I have a bachelors of pharmacy but my cgpa from my B.Pharm is on the lowside of a 2.0. I have one research publication published on pharmacology, and have worked as both a pharmacology researcher, a pharmacist intern and a research assistant. After alot of realization ive realized i dont want to fill prescriptions but i want to diagnose patients and work with patients rather than do research and prescribe medications.
What are my chances for admission into a Caribbean medical school at this time, specifically this school?

Second maybe you need to do a post bac at a good US post bac program to get your GPA out of the hole and show you got some fire. A 2.0 will only get you in the worst island schools with just about a zero chance of even finishing them and tons of debt. Have you gotten help with your study habits? I would strongly suggest this! Even the lowest tier island school will cost $100K. Are you willing to bet the farm with a 2.0? That means you had a 70 average over four years of school work! Half your classes were failures and the rest of your grades mediocre. You need to show something!

Yeah, you're going to have to do something to improve your gpa. If you are thinking of going to a caribbean medical school, then you have to choose which one you want to attend. Some are very reputable but others are less so. Be careful in your choices because you don't want to have licensing issues in the future. However, for now make sure you do something to improve your gpa (like a post-bacc) as well as your study habits. Otherwise, getting in may be the least of your concern. Good luck. Ciao.
